Hogwarts — Social
Modern school management for Saudi / MENA schools — "schools automate the mundane." Hogwarts is the flagship SaaS product: the sale is B2B (school owners and administrators buy it), but the reach is B2C (parents and teachers see it every day, and their trust closes the sale). Social has to speak to both.
Positioning
- Business model: SaaS.
- Type: B2B sale · B2C social proof.
- Tagline: Modern school management for Saudi / MENA schools.
- Angle: give administrators their time back; give parents visibility and calm.
- Market for this period: Sudan (Khartoum) — where both pilots are. The product still targets Saudi/MENA; only the social run is Sudan-first. Register stays rung 2 (فصحى معاصرة مبسّطة, the house default — see Copy), which reads correct to a Sudanese, Saudi, and Emirati reader at once, so nothing written now has to be rewritten when the market widens.
Audience
| Segment | Role | What moves them |
|---|---|---|
| School owners / administrators | The buyers (B2B) | Time saved, fewer errors, billing/attendance handled, compliance |
| Teachers | Daily users | Less admin, easier grading/attendance |
| Parents | Reach + trust (B2C) | Visibility into their child, timely communication |
Channel mix
This period: Facebook only, Sudan-first (2026-08-06). Hogwarts is the whole of the one-slice decision — one brand, one channel, one country — until the loop is proven end to end. The table below is the target mix, not the running one. Instagram stays complete behind its flag, Telegram stays two env variables from live, and LinkedIn stays Ali's personal profile rather than an API.
Sudan is where the evidence is: King Fahad Schools, Khartoum has been on the pilot since 2026-04-15, and the second pilot (Albayan) is Khartoum too. It is also why static Arabic cards lead over video here — intermittent connectivity favors light formats. The moral code's Sudan clause binds every post: humility in tone; never exploit crisis for engagement.
Parents and school communities in MENA live on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp; the buyers are reachable on LinkedIn. That's the core four.
| Priority | Channel | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Primary | Reach the decision-makers — owners, principals, education buyers | |
| Primary | Facebook, Instagram | Where parents and school communities are; visual proof, announcements |
| Primary | School↔parent communication is already WhatsApp — broadcast lists, updates. Primary by audience value, manual by transport — no posting API, so /publish hands out a copy-out block | |
| Secondary | X, Telegram | Announcements, education-tech conversation |
| Low | TikTok, Snapchat | Occasional light content; not the buyer's channel |
Content pillars
- School success stories — a school that cut admission or billing time; real numbers, with permission. The B2B proof that also reassures parents.
- Feature highlights — attendance, grades, billing, SIS — each shown solving one concrete
headache. Short demo clips (
/higgsmedia). - Saudi / MENA education context — term calendars, regulator realities, Arabic-first.
- Administrator time-savings — "an hour of paperwork, done in a click."

@osmanabdout | Claimed, professional, not linked to the Page (needs the IG mobile app) — and it is the founder's personal handle, not a brand one; renaming is on the ownership queue | |
| Hogwarts | Broadcast / community — see note below |
WhatsApp has no official organic-post API — it's for community broadcast lists and school↔parent messaging, not automated feed posts. Details in

Facebook playbook — the focus channel
Facebook is the one live channel (2026-08-01), so it carries the whole cadence until Instagram unlocks. Four post archetypes rotate; each maps a content pillar to an asset type and a publish lane:
| Archetype | Pillar | Asset type (lane) | Publish lane |
|---|---|---|---|
| Feature highlight | Features / time-savings | og card, 1200×630 (template — 1-slide deck) | review queue → now or drain |
| Scene + story | Parent visibility, classroom life | hero/story photo (higgs, from the library) | review queue → now or drain |
| Swipe story | Product intro, module ecosystem | carousel deck 4:5 (template) | attach the slides → review queue → drain (2–10 as one carousel post) |
| Context / trust | MENA education, open source | og or split card (template) | review queue → now or drain |
The weekly rhythm: Monday 07:00 the seed lane files two briefs from
content/social/pillars.json (ISO-week rotation over the pillars — the Calendar tab shows which
two, and Queue now files one off-cycle); the 5-minute drain answers them AR-first on the Max
pool and attaches matching library media; the full draft lands in the review queue on the
Publish tab; a human fine-tunes and approves, either publishing straight away or scheduling to
the drain. Numbers come back via /measure (platform insights six-hourly + PostHog UTMs).
Nothing publishes without the human tap — the gate is the design, not a bottleneck.
Voice
Trustworthy, calm, outcomes-focused — not hype. Arabic first. See Brand & Voice. Schools buy reliability; every post should feel like something a serious institution would trust.
