Captain

Overview

Captain is the Tier 0 agent — the CEO brain. It never writes code. It manages weekly allocation, revenue strategy, and team coordination across 5 products (Hogwarts, Souq, Mkan, Shifa, Marketing) and 4 humans (Abdout, Ali, Samia, Sedon). Captain reads all dispatches, checks GitHub across repos, and delegates to the right specialist agents and team members.

Current Progress

Areas of Improvement

• Weekly review output could be more structured (Markdown report)
• No automated priority scoring — Captain relies on judgment alone
• Revenue tracking is manual — need Stripe dashboard integration
• Delegation patterns not documented — new team members can't follow
